At Bani Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy to facilitate an easy and efficient return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items include custom-cut fabrics, clearance items, and any fabric that has been altered or damaged after purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 4 business days.
Please note that shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or fabric, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
